  CY Associates Company Bio:
CY Associates were formed in 1997 to offer businesses support in procurement management and consultancy. Every day organisations face new competitive and market pressures, but one of the greatest challenges is managing and controlling existing resources. Businesses still focus on raising additional income by increased sales, CY are changing that perception by showing organisations how to release more funds through good purchasing practice.

The ability to release additional funds lies completely within the control of the organisation. The challenge is to recognise how and where savings can be made, to find the means to achieve them, then maintaining them on an ongoing basis.

CY Associates offer a variety of services to reduce both the price you pay for goods and services and the associated processing costs. Solutions range from a "one-off" Audit of your current purchasing process and procedures that will identify "quick wins" and give clear recommendations on short, medium and long-term objectives to a total Managed Purchasing Service.

The services CY Associates can provide, through out-sourced consultancy support or specific educational programmes include:
  Specific purchasing audits.
  Out-sourced managed purchasing services.
  Project management of procurement projects.
Training and development of in-house staff.
